The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile, and eager to assist with any of our needs. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We also loved Molino’s, the charming café right across from the hotel. It offered some of the best lunch and pastry options we had during our stay - perfect for a mid-day break or a quick snack. This hotel has been updated around 1 year ago. Everything is new and clean. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious. Also very quiet as there are only maybe 3 or 4 rooms on each floor. The beautiful lady at reception (Roxana) went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. She was so friendly and accomodating and nothing was too much trouble for her. She even arranged a complimentary wine as we were staying on our honeymoon. The breakfast on the rooftop is great, with plenty of different options and friendly lady who will make you a coffee and help with anything you ask for. The location is only 7-10 minute walk from termini station so great for getting around. Would definitely stay here again.

Really friendly and helpful staff, especially Joseph who went out of his way to help. When we arrived he gave us some great pointers and advice on the best sights to see and the routes to take/methods of travel. We did have a problem with a broken tap in the bedroom, but he resolved the issue for us while we were out for the day. He also went to great lengths to help us sort a taxi on the morning of departure when we were struggling to get a taxi in time.
